Rawson Group partnered with Kingsmede to deliver Caddens Hill Quarter—a 35-lot medium density development completed in 2026. The project showcased Rawson’s fully integrated delivery model, with the team undertaking a comprehensive suite of services from acquisition through to sales.
The site was successfully acquired from Legacy Property Group, with Rawson leading due diligence and development strategy. Tailored home designs were then created to respond to the site’s topography and lot configuration, carefully balancing liveability outcomes with commercial performance while maintaining a cohesive and consistent streetscape.
Rawson managed the full development lifecycle, including planning and approvals, alongside the coordination of civil construction through its internal development team. Building works were delivered by Rawson’s construction arm, ensuring quality control and program alignment throughout.
Sales and marketing were also executed in-house, enabling a streamlined customer experience and strong market positioning. Caddens Hill Quarter exemplified Rawson Group’s ability to deliver end-to-end residential projects, combining design innovation, operational control, and commercial focus to achieve successful project outcomes.
