Located in Sydney’s Northern Beaches, the Frenchs Forest project highlights Rawson Homes’ ability to deliver multi-site residential developments with strong coordination and stakeholder management.
Delivered under an HIA contract, the project involved the design and construction of five two-storey duplexes (10 dwellings) across five separate lots within a single street. With Development Approval already in place, Rawson Homes was engaged to refine the design, secure remaining approvals and deliver a cohesive, high-quality outcome aligned with the client’s objectives.
A key challenge of the project was managing concurrent construction across multiple sites within an established residential street. Rawson implemented a proactive communication strategy, providing regular updates to surrounding residents and carefully coordinating works to minimise disruption during critical periods.
Working closely with Bazem, Rawson Homes leveraged its in-house design studio and interior expertise to curate considered finishes across all homes, ensuring consistency and quality across the development—from fixtures and fittings through to final detailing.
Through monthly site meetings and Project Control Group (PCG) engagement, Rawson Homes maintained clear visibility across program, budget and stakeholder expectations, ensuring a well-managed and efficient delivery.
This project reinforces Rawson Homes’ capability to manage complex, multi-lot developments while maintaining quality, consistency and strong stakeholder relationships.
