^The Rawson Homes Free 3D Render offer (hereinafter referred to as “offer”) is valid to new Rawson Homes Pty Limited (“Rawson Homes”) customers building in the Sydney region only and is only available to customers who are looking to engage a builder for a Knock Down Rebuild (“KDR”) product. Priority will be given to those customers who are (1) financially qualified and have proof of financing, (2) are actively working on a Rawson Homes design with a Rawson Homes new home consultant and (2) on review of these factors have received written confirmation from a Sales Manager that the customer is eligible for the offer. Eligibility is strictly at the Sales Manager’s discretion and whose decision is final. The offer consists of the production of a free 3D conceptual render of the proposed new home, which is for inspiration purposes only and is subject to change. By producing the 3D render, Rawson Homes make no warranties or guarantees that the design meets local authority requirements, or is suitable for your property. This offer is strictly limited to 100 customers and may be extended or cancelled at any time without notice. Customers will be contacted by a sales consultant to process the 3D render and the render will be submitted within 10 days of discussion with sales consultant.
