Rawson Home’s project team has led the full coordination of design, approvals and consultant engagement, ensuring a streamlined pathway from concept through to construction. A collaborative delivery model, including regular Project Control Group (PCG) meetings, has enabled clear communication and proactive issue management across all stakeholders—keeping the project aligned to Ingenia’s delivery program.
Leveraging Modern Methods of Construction (MMC), including prefabricated bathroom, ensuite, laundry and kitchen pods, Rawson Homes has accelerated construction timelines by up to 10 weeks per house—supporting earlier settlements and improved commercial outcomes for the client.
