Essentials Package
Included with all Rawson Homes, this covers the key requirements and associated costs needed before construction can begin. Typically, this includes the relevant fees, certificates and reports, standard Site Costs like Cut and Fill and Screw Piers, WH&S items like temporary fencing and scaffolding, connections, and on-site amenities.

Compliance Essentials
While not a standard inclusion, these essential items are required for every home to meet current building regulations and compliance standards. This typically includes the necessary certificates, assessments and reports for BERS / natHERS, BASIX or EERS, as well as items like solar system, insulation, window glazing and rain water tank.
