Sometimes, we are ready to sell a display home to a home buyer but need to keep it in use as a display home for a while longer. When this happens, after you’ve purchased the home, we will pay you rent until we close the home and have it ready for you to move in. This is called a ‘leaseback option’ as you agree to lease the house back to us for a set period.
