Rawson Homes is proud to share that we rank among the top five builders of detached homes in NSW and the ACT.

The Housing Industry Association’s HIA Housing 100 2024/25 report ranks the biggest builders in Australia. In the 2024/25 year, we more than doubled our number of new home sales of the previous year, which resulted in us being among the top 5 for residential home constructions in NSW and the ACT. 

Significant and growing contribution

The Housing 100 rankings, which are generously supported by Colorbond®, show that we made a significant and growing contribution to the nearly 47,000 detached home sales that happened around the country in 2024/25. This number represents an increase of 4.5 percent from the previous year.

We’re continuing our work to grow further into the 2025/26 year, with Rawson being part of a broader shared goal to make Australian home ownership more achievable and sustainable. 

“The achievements of the Housing 100 are cause for optimism,” says HIA’s Chief Economist, Tim Reardon. “These results reinforce that Australia’s largest builders are ready to lead the next phase of housing growth.”

Award finalist in two categories

In addition to our top five home builders ranking, Rawson Homes was recently named a finalist in two categories of the 2025 HIA ACT & Southern NSW Housing Awards:

• Display home worth $750,000 to $1 million, featuring our Lansdowne 31, a four-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom homestead-style sanctuary home that’s perfect for larger blocks of land and families who enjoy entertaining and relaxing in a tranquil setting.
