Rawson Homes named #1 home builder in the ACT in the 2025/26 HIA Housing 100

Rawson Homes is the #1 home builder in the ACT in the 2025/26 HIA Housing 100, released by the Housing Industry Association (HIA) on 23 September 2026.
The Housing 100 ranks Australia's largest residential builders by the number of homes they start building each year. This year's report also places us #8 among home builders in NSW (excluding unit builders), and our display homes are finalists in three categories of the 2026 HIA Housing Awards.
Our #1 ACT ranking, and where to see it in Canberra
