From here, we undertake a comprehensive assessment of your block so we can provide you with an accurate all-inclusive Tender Price.

Today, we offer flexibility of choice and personalised service like never before. Introducing the Rawson Homes DreamBuilder. A new online tool that enables you to visualise and customise the look of selected Rawson home designs to match your style and taste.

When you've chosen your exterior selections with our Rawson colour specialists or on our DreamBuilder home visualisation tool, we'll draw up your detailed plans including your design and the facade of your home. We'll help you work through all the necessary paperwork required, whilst preparing our own and providing you with your contract. Once signed you will need to pay the agreed deposit and we will be on our way to knocking down and rebuilding your new dream home!

During stage 3 we submit all the required paperwork to council for approval. This is also when you will meet with one of our colour consultants to decide on the colour selections, interior design features and finishes throughout your home and put your personal stamp on the final design.

This stage is the official start of rebuilding your home! Your slab will go down and your new home will begin to take shape. A site manager will keep you informed throughout the whole process, answering any questions you may have along the way.

The moment you've been waiting for! Once completed we will organise a handover at your new home, where we conduct a walk-through inspection with you and then handover the keys. After 3 months our Warranty Manager will also come back to make sure everything is as it should be.

In making your appointment, we advise that you bring the following to your appointment to get the most value: Copy of the title to your land; Preferred home design inspiration and any ideas you have on floor plans and facades to suit your needs and style; Indication of your budget and any pre-approval limits.
